Los Angeles Holiday

I have actually always been interested with the California way of life - particularly Los Angeles. Ever since I saw Beverly Hills 90210, which I enjoyed consistently, it was my goal to take a Los Angeles vacation someday. I wanted to see everything around there. Finally, I had a partner who loved to take a trip and we decided to prepare a L.a getaway for 10 days. Needless to say, I was delighted. There were numerous things that I wished to see. Plus, I was encouraged that while on my Los Angeles holiday, I 'd see some celebrities and maybe get some autographs.

While we didn't have a ton of money, we decided to do the outright best that we could to accomplish everything that was on our 'to do' list. I didn't want to remain in a cheesy hotel however I understood that Los Angeles was not as cheap as someplace else would be. So, I chose an average hotel and made the reservations. I did my best to load things that would make me suit while out on the West Coast, however I was quite sure that somehow I would still look like a tourist.

Lastly, the day concerned board the plane for our L.a vacation. I was more thrilled than I can explain and barely handled to continue to be in my seat for the flight. I believe that my partner was sick of me within the very first hour. I figured that I 'd better cool down or he and I would have a relatively unpleasant Los Angeles trip instead of pleasurable. I did handle to relax somewhat and let myself stare out the window and daydream. I could envision bumping into Julia Roberts while out shopping and casually striking up a conversation with her. Finally, we landed at the airport and our L.a getaway had officially begun! We took a taxi to our hotel and drove through downtown. I think that I took a photo whenever the car stopped. I can only picture what the driver thought of me. However, I was really determined to make my L.a getaway as unforgettable as possible. My very first location for our L.a vacation was Hollywood. I wished to see all the stars and get lots more pictures. I have to state that Hollywood was definitely not exactly what I expected however. I also understood that my L.a vacation would not be total without walking down Rodeo Drive or the Sunset Boulevard. I scanned every car around us hoping to catch a glimpse of a star. I never did.

Okay, so I didn't meet any celebs. Heck, I didn't even catch a glimpse of any of them. But, I have a lot of delighted memories that I will certainly constantly bring with me. My L.a getaway was as wonderful as I had desired it to be. I anticipate returning at some point.
